For the fourth consecutive year, Crestliner Boats has been recognized for excellence in customer satisfaction and pursuit of continuous improvement with the Marine Industry CSI Award, in the category of aluminum boats. The award is based on a program survey of more than 30,000 consumers, with Crestliner among the 41 boat and engine manufacturers recognized.
"This is a great honor and recognition of our ongoing commitment to Crestliner customers," said Lori Kneeland, Crestliner marketing manager. "Loyal customers attest to the fact that our premium quality aluminum boats are built right; we continue serving all our customers by following the simple idea of building boats the right way".
The National Marine Manufacturers Association released the list of award recipients on August 30, and noted that, "recipients achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between April 1, 2010 and March 31, 2011".
Crestliner will be recognized along with other award recipients at the 2011 International BoatBuilders' Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) in Louisville, Ky., Oct. 17-19, 2011.
"Crestliner extends a thank you to all of its loyal customers for this repeat vote of confidence," said Lori Kneeland. "And our sincere assurance that we will keep building the boats they want".
